1. Introduction

Welcome to SophieSkyStudio (the "Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at sophieskystudio.com (the "Site") and any services, content, products, and features we provide through the Site (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or the Services.

2. About the Services

SophieSkyStudio offers personal, hand-written psychic readings and personally cast witchcraft rituals, delivered to the buyer as a private PDF letter via email within twenty-four (24) hours of order receipt, or within the elected Same Hour window when that upgrade is purchased.

2.1 Entertainment & Guidance Disclaimer

All readings, rituals, and reports offered through the Studio are provided for entertainment, spiritual reflection, and personal-guidance purposes only. They are not a substitute for, and must not be relied upon in place of, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other licensed advice. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, please contact emergency services in your country immediately.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase any Service. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price charged.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's own terms, available at lemonsqueezy.com/legal/terms-of-service. Applicable sales taxes, VAT, or similar charges are calculated and remitted by Lemon Squeezy where required by law.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order before delivery, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms. In such case the full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your reading or ritual report will be prepared and delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Standard delivery is within twenty-four (24) hours. Same Hour orders are prioritised above standard orders and typically arrive within one to eight (1–8) hours during the Studio's working windows.

If twenty-four (24) hours pass without delivery, please contact us at sophieskystudio@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. No Refunds Once Work Has Begun

Because each reading or ritual is personally and individually prepared from the moment of order, the Services are custom digital services and are non-refundable once work on the order has begun, as permitted under United States Federal Trade Commission guidance for personalised digital services and equivalent rules in most jurisdictions.

Should a technical issue prevent delivery, or should the Studio be unable to complete the order, a full refund will be issued at our discretion to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All written readings, rituals, photographs, illustrations, designs, text, and other material on the Site or delivered to you are the intellectual property of SophieSkyStudio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the delivered report for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the report without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information when ordering.
• Use the Services in any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful way.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or any connected service.
• Use the Site to harm or attempt to harm minors in any way.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SophieSkyStudio, its operator, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site or the Services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SophieSkyStudio and its operator from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any revisions become effective when posted to this page. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
